Smi’s Tiny House – Mountain views, garden & terrace in the Salzkammergut

Your own little house, mountain views and time together: Smi’s Tiny House in Ebensee combines modern comfort with an open sleeping loft. The 50 m² house accommodates up to five guests for a couple’s getaway or a family holiday in the Salzkammergut.

SLEEPING AND LIVING
The ground-floor bedroom has a double bed (160 × 200 cm). The open loft has a floor-level mattress (180 × 200 cm), is reached by a ladder and has limited headroom. It is not a separate enclosed second bedroom. A sofa bed in the living area provides one additional sleeping place. Please consider the ladder and limited headroom when planning your stay.

AMENITIES
The kitchen includes an induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer space, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, crockery and cooking utensils. Coffee and tea are provided. Wi-Fi, a smart TV, underfloor heating, ground-floor air conditioning and a loft fan provide comfort. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, washbasin and hairdryer. Bed linen, towels and a washing machine are available.

OUTDOORS
Enjoy the garden and private terrace of approximately 30 m², including about 12 m² under cover. Outdoor furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue are provided. Two parking spaces are available on the property.

EXPLORE THE SALZKAMMERGUT
Ebensee is a base for trips to Lake Traunsee, the Langbath lakes, Lake Offensee and the Feuerkogel mountain. The region offers hiking, swimming, cycling and winter sports. Bad Ischl is also an option for a day trip.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Check-in from 16:00; check-out by 10:00. Self-check-in is via a key safe. Pets require prior enquiry and express approval; please state the type, number and size of your pets when enquiring. An outdoor camera covers only the parking area at the private main house. There are no cameras inside the Tiny House, in its garden or on its terrace.

TOURIST TAX
Tourist tax of €2.60 per liable person per night is included in the total price. Children under 15 are exempt.
