The Space:
Prepare for the ultimate family trip when you book this Lakeside Sparta home with full access to beautiful Lake Sinclair! Situated on a 1-acre lot this 4200 Sq ft. home has 7 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, & 2 Full kitchens and 2 living rooms! Sleeps 18 in beds. This lakeside paradise has ample outdoor living space with a huge front porch equipped with ping pong table & large covered back porch with scenic views of lake. This is the perfect property to bring the whole family for a lakeside getaway!

THE LAYOUT:
Main Floor: 3 bedrooms; 2 kings & 1 queen, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, laundry room + game room. large balcony with outdoor dining, large covered front porch with multiple sitting areas & ping pong table.
Downstairs: 4 bedrooms; 1 king, 1 twin day bed with trundle, 4 twin bunk beds & triple trunk with trundle. 1 bathroom. living room, kitchen, outdoor patio with porch swing & 2 floating hammock chairs.

Amenities include:
Floating covered dock, dining for 10 on each floor, Game room with tv, shuffleboard, foosball, dartboard, tons of board & card games, ping pong table, 2 hammock floating swings, porch swing, fire pit, PlayStation & 3 gaming chairs. All the essentials for the comfort and enjoyment of the entire family.

General Info:
Guests may tie off boats & jet skis but cannot use lift. No Events, No parties. The water depth at the dock ranges from 6-8 ft. There is a boat ramp located in the neighborhood available upon request. 20 minutes from downtown Sparta where you can find groceries and a gas station.

Guest Access:
Guest will be able to access the entire property with the exception of the two locked owner/supply closets. Guest will not be able to access the shop building located on the property.

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is a super nice, quiet, and very well maintained.

Other Things to Note:
There here is no ice maker at the property so please bring your own ice bags.
