Inside, the open living area is warm and inviting, with a propane fireplace, Smart TV, and large windows that keep the water views front and center. The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed for meals at home, while the deck creates an incredible setting for morning coffee, afternoon lounging, or dinner outside as the sun goes down.

The primary bedroom features a king bed beneath a skylight. A cozy, low-ceiling loft offers two twin beds and is especially well suited for kids, while an additional convertible twin sleeping space allows the home to accommodate up to five guests.

The location makes it easy to experience the best of Orcas Island. Spend the day hiking and exploring Moran State Park, head into Eastsound for restaurants, shops, and groceries, or simply stay home and enjoy the peaceful waterfront setting.

Guests have private access to the entire home, spacious waterfront deck, and surrounding property during their stay. Free on-site parking is provided, along with a Tesla EV charger located in the carport.

Please note that the home is situated on high-bank waterfront. Guests can enjoy beautiful elevated views of East Sound, but there is no direct shoreline or beach access from the property.

*Orcas Island is a remote island destination, and a little advance planning goes a long way. Here are a few important things to know before your stay:

* High-bank waterfront: The home sits above a steep bank overlooking East Sound and does not have direct beach or shoreline access. Children should be closely supervised outdoors.

* Sleeping loft: The loft has a low ceiling and is best suited for children or guests comfortable with a compact sleeping space.

* Wi-Fi & island connectivity: While the home does have Wi-Fi, internet service can occasionally be spotty or inconsistent due to our remote island location and infrastructure. Most guests have no trouble checking email, browsing, streaming, or working remotely, but occasional slowdowns or interruptions can occur. If you’ll be relying on internet for important meetings or time-sensitive work, we recommend having a backup plan.

* Parking: Street-side parking is part of the property and is dedicated exclusively to guests.

* EV charging: A Tesla EV charger is available. Guests with other EVs may need to bring a compatible adapter.

* Ferry travel: Orcas Island is accessed by ferry from Anacortes, WA. We recommend checking the ferry schedule and reserving your vehicle sailing soon after booking, particularly for summer stays, weekends, and holidays. New to ferry travel? Don’t stress. We provide our guests with simple ferry tips to help make getting to the island as seamless as possible.

* Travel insurance: Ferry schedules, weather, illness, and other unexpected circumstances can sometimes impact island travel. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip, as we are unable to provide refunds for circumstances outside our cancellation policy.

* Concierge services: Want to arrive to a stocked fridge or plan something special? Island Logistics offers optional, fee-based services including pre-arrival grocery stocking, birthday and celebration staging, and other personalized on-island assistance.

* Kayaks & paddleboards: We have a limited number of kayaks and paddleboards available to rent. Equipment can be staged at the property prior to arrival for an additional fee. Reach out for availability and details.

* Weekday stays: Weekends tend to book quickly, while weekday stays are often available at lower rates. If your schedule is flexible, midweek can be a great way to experience Orcas Island at a better value.

* House rules: This is a strictly non-smoking, non-vaping, and no-pet property.
