"We enjoyed our stay in this cozy home. Only issue was the listing says there’s 3 bedrooms (accurate) and 2 rooms with futons in them, but there was a couch in the den and a small couch in the living room, not really beds. Listing could use some more updated, accurate photos to show how it’s clearly a lived in house and not a full time rental."

"This house is one of the worst places I have ever stayed. I booked for 13 people and only 2 of the 3 showers worked which they never disclosed to us. The house was a total pigsty. Dirty dishes in the sink. Old food in the fridge. Frozen food in the freezer and the freezer was disgusting with frozen spills that looked like they were there for years. Holes in the walls & doors, burn marks on the counters, dirty table cloth. Bathrooms were filthy. No shades on 90 % of the windows & no curtains at...

"We have stayed at many lake houses, from the Finger Lakes to North Carolina, and this house was the nicest, best appointed, and best stocked. From coffee to children's toys to so many ways onto the water, the graciousness of our hostess made us feel welcome (including dropping off dog treats for our pup and offering a late checkout). The lake itself is serene with no motor boats allowed, and our crew aged 4 to 17 with two adults in tow all found our peace and pleasure on the water. We never come...
