"The place was in an overall, very bad condition. No cleaning was done, for the 3 days, that our stay lasted. Besides from that, the place was worn down. Thes staff in the bar and at the breakfast buffet, seamed confused and didn't care about the guests."

"This has been on my bucket list for some time. We had a wounderful 2 night stay and everything was perfect. The accommodation was spacious and comfortable, larger than alot of hotel rooms. You lay in bed at night and could imagine your travelling on a train. The meal was excellent, Beef Wellington to die for, so good and wonderful surroundings in a 1906 Pullman car exquisitely restored. The staff were brilliant and extremely helpful. Alot of history tied up in this place."
