"House came with everything you could possibly need, such as games, chargers, coffee, more towels than even 8 of us could possibly use. Anything you'd need is within walking distance. We needed wal mart, flower shop, ice cream place, subway and convenience store and they're all within a couple of blocks. Check in and out was easy and no onerous clean up rules. "

"If you need a larger house with great access to Maize area, this is the place. Very good layout and lots of amenities at the place. Would recommend to anyone."

"The stairs are very steep, it’s obviously very historical and they have them as the original stairs but we had to carry our dogs up and down the stairs each time and we ended up having our parents sleep on an air mattress on the first floor. There is a bedroom downstairs just no bed, adding a bed on the first floor would make things perfect. I hate to put anything negative on here but I feel like people need to take this into account when renting. "

"The property was really nice in an area that is not so nice. We enjoyed the house very much but were not big on the noise from the street all day and night. Loved the upstairs deck and the downstairs covered patio. The amenities in the add say that this house is suitable for seniors and children. I wouldn’t recommend it due to the stairs plus no baby gates for very young children. The kitchen was very nice but the dishes left a lot to be desired. 3 dinner plates? Mismatched flatware and cups....

"Lovely property and great for family get togethers. Probably was one of the best stocked rentals we have ever had. Lots of Coffee K-cup choices and food staples. We catered in brunch for 15 family and there were plenty of utensiles and dishes. Very friendly for our 2 year old with toys and a little tent fort in the basement. Extremely comfortable beds."

The home was perfect for our family—spacious, clean, and well-organized. Everyone was comfortable, and the space was stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen had all the essentials, and both bathrooms were spotless with plenty of fresh towels.Although we didn’t get a chance to enjoy the backyard or hot tub due to our short stay, they looked like great...

"This is a cute house in the wonderful college hill area. It was near everywhere we wanted to go while in town. Also close enough to downtown. There a nice workout room and great coffee and hot tea selection."
