This three-level home has 5 bedrooms throughout. On the main floor, there is one bedroom with a king bed, smart TV, and attached ensuite bathroom.

There are two separate entrances to the top level - one goes to its own private master suite, totally separated from the rest of the home. The master suite has a king bed, smart TV, and private ensuite bathroom. On the other side of the third floor are the remaining bedrooms. The third and fourth bedrooms have a queen in each, while the fifth bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk & a separate twin bed.

☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆
There are three full bathrooms in this home. The main floor bathroom has a sink, toilet, and shower/tub combo. The private ensuite bathroom on the third floor has a sink, toilet, walk-in shower, & soaking tub. The third bathroom, which is accessible by the other three bedrooms on this floor, has a sink, toilet, and shower/tub combo.

The modern kitchen is located right off of the main living areas, and is loaded with all new stainless steel appliances & a coffee station (including a Keurig & coffee pods).

The dining room is right next to the kitchen, with enough seating to comfortably fit 8 people, and opens right up to the rest of the living areas & also has direct access to the private back deck. There is additional countertop seating in the kitchen, as well as plenty of seating on the private back deck.

Our home is situated within a gated community, and it is required for all guests to complete the Guest Registration and Lease Form. It’s a standard procedure aimed at enhancing safety for all residents and guests. Additionally, the HOA strictly enforces a 4-car limit per reservation, and once the reservation has started, cars cannot be switched, so please plan accordingly.

Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or on the property. A violation of this policy will result in a minimum $250 fine to cover deep cleaning and odor removal."
