Heath, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

IMPORTANT: Please note , all guests are required to fill out a registration form, sign and submit it at least 3 days before check in date. Short Term registration form along with Community and House Rules will be emailed to each guest within 12 hours of booking. Guests who will fail to provide signed registration form 3 days prior to check will not be able to access the Community where home is located!

No unauthorized guests allowed to stay or visit the property. There will be an extra charge per person per day for any unauthorized guest as well as a violation fee. Violation of any House Rules or Airbnb rules might result in an immediate termination of the reservation with no refund.

There’s $25 per person per night extra charge for anyone visiting or staying at the property.

Community Pool. We provide 6 pool passes for guests to enjoy community pool. In case, a guest loses a pool pass, there will be $50.00 fee requested from the guest.

Please note we have quiet hours in the community from 10:00PM-8:00AM

No fireworks are allowed.

No Pets are allowed. Owners have severe allergies.

Please take off your shoes when entering the home.
