• Rental Agreement & Pool Form must be returned with the primary renter's Government-issued Photo ID before arrival. Forms will be emailed 5 days before your check-in date.

• Kitchen is stocked with basic kitchen essentials such as Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Mugs/Flatware, etc. We do not provide food or fresh pantry items due to allergens risk to guests.
• Bed Linens: Each bedroom is prepared with fresh bed linens, pillows, comforters, and blankets. All of our mattresses & pillows are protected, and all linens are laundered with bleach/disinfectant laundry products. In addition, all bedding is covered in mattress and pillow protector coverings.
• Check-in: 4:00 PM / Check-out: 11:00 AM
• NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOME (only outside by cigarette disposal bins) All cigarettes/cigars must be disposed of in disposal bins. Renters will be charged $500 for any cigarettes thrown on the grass, decks, and/or the pool. Please help us keep things clean for everyone to enjoy!
• All garbage must be taken to the designated area and placed inside containers, for wildlife safety, no garbage can be left outside the home, or outside the designated garbage area at any time of your stay.
• The minimum age for renters is 21.
• Pets allowed only if approved.
• An additional charge may apply for extra guests over 8 person count.
• Children are always welcome, but the Home is not child-proofed.
• By making a payment you are agreeing to our rental agreement.
