Additional $100 fee for a second dog or approved cat - please inquire before booking. Pets must remain off furniture.

• A/C: 1 window unit in living room (main house), 5 portable fans (1 in each bedroom and 1 in living room), 1 ceiling fan (bunk house)

• Internet/TV: Wi-Fi included; 1 Smart TV with basic cable in living room

• Minimum Stay: 7-night minimum (Saturday–Saturday)

• Check-In / Check-Out: Check-in 3 PM / Check-out 10 AM; Keys picked up at Sand Dollar Realty Office
