"We had a short stay to go to Churchill Downs for Thursday Twilight Racing. We enjoyed our time at this beautiful home. It was very cozy and felt like home. The location was great and a quiet area. We wished we would have had more time to enjoy the outdoor patio. We would definitely stay at this house again and stay longer to enjoyed the patio."

"The host was responsive and the unit was clean. This location is very close to everything and perfect for someone that is in the Louisville area visiting. Small fenced in yard was great for the dogs. "

"Heat still wasn’t fixed from previous stay, and we woke up to it being low 40 in the home. The heat would not kick on. Someone came and “fixed” it, but took the heaters he brought, so for the next three hours while it tried to warm up in house, it was still freezing. Went outside next day, and it sounded like water gushing under house. Couldn’t sleep because of noise from water. Informed possible water pipe busted. Had headaches, possibly due to the water under house. Asked about staying another...

"This was by far a fantastic find!! The house was extremely clean, drawers and cupboards were well labeled making everything easy to find, bedrooms were super spacious, hot tub was amazing and easy to use, fire pit area was well laid out and very relaxing. Communication with the host was fast and helpful. Check in process was clear and extremely helpful! The house is on a quiet street but a short drive to almost everything. The only minor downside is the first come first serve street parking...
