"We booked two nights, and didnt stay. There were bugs and what looked like pubic hair on the pillow cases. Then when we asked for a refund and the staff was very rude. Didnt get a full refund and was very unhappy with the whole process to say the least. "

"Loved the place! Staff is so nice. The property is new so everything was modern and clean. Full- sized fridge and microwave were handy. My only problem is I checked in on a Thursday but no housekeeping during my stay. I checked out on a Monday. I even called. Special shout-out to front desk staff, Walter and Kevin. They were so helpful and nice. "

"The breakfast was gross. Rooms had to soap . Food left in trash can. Breakfast was water down orange juice. Bacon thin like paper. Sausage gravy was stored in a bowl and poured in a small crock pot. Waffles tasted like the aged old building. Just horrible."

"The hotel is quite run down, and everything looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months. Our room was extremely dirty, with urine crusted around the back of the toilet hinges, random popcorn kernels, hair ties from past guests, and dust just under the edges of the bed like no one had vacuumed basically ever. The shower grout was disgusting, and the shower was so slippery several of us almost fell down (multiple people in separate rooms). The night clerk was indifferent and basically outside the...

"Everything was just perfect! I absolutely loved the decor. My guest on the other hand...lol. Only thing had issue with was the lock on the front door & that was operator error (me) We will be staying again for sure!"
