"Loved the Factory hotel, we stayed in a charming artist-designed room with the most comfortable sheets and pillows. Part of the Dutchess Inn but in a separate building next door, we loved the rooftop deck and the beautiful sunset over the Hudson. Wonderful service and right on Main Street for easy strolling through Town."

"The place was wonderful! Gary was extremely nice and thoughtful! He put out little snacks, some fruit and a delicious homemade banana bread! He kept condiments stocked so we didn’t have to buy anything if we wanted to cook. Toiletries in the bathroom and anything else we might have needed. The place was very clean and just as pictured on the website. It’s a perfect little getaway spot! "

"We stayed one night in the family room with a king-size and folding bed.
The king-size bed was a little too hard for our taste.
The folding bed was awful. You could feel the springs and it was uneven. Not suitable for anything other than small children.
The wifi was in our room very slow and we could not use it.
The hotel has a nice lobby, the staff is very friendly and there was a basic breakfast with bagels, rolls, tea, coffee and some fruit served in the lobby.
Expect a basic experience and do not stay with older children in the family room. "
