Hoteller nær Earnest Shepard Memorial Youth Center Park

"Room was basic but very clean. Breakfast was very busy and could have had more options. Closes very early at 9. However it was very delicious and we were able to eat before hitting the road."

"Room and bathroom was clean. Staff was friendly and property was clean"

"My room was on the surface looked clean. However. There was trash in the bathroom floor so I knew it was not cleaned. The front desk said they would have the room cleaned. Again, on the surface it looked straightened up but the trash was still on the floor so it was again not cleaned. The hotel offered me 30,000 points . The points were not added to my account. When I called about it they only authorized 20,000 points. Don’t clean the room nor keep their word. That’s a double wammy in my...

"Nice location but other things pretty disappointing, Our room, the bed was located right by the door. Noise was right there so it felt like I was laying out in the hallway. There was a wedding and reception which was going to be noisy (understandable) but 11 pm kids running up and down the hallway screaming and slamming doors. I called the place from my cell phone and asked if that was part of the experience I was supposed to have. No apology from him. I did not call angry, I was very polite....

"The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was pretty good (variety of options); the waffles were a highlight for my fam. Our room was rather clean, and the bathroom was amply spacious. The pool was a bonus!"

"Beautiful hotel. Very clean. The staff was very helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"We love staying here! We love the spa and just everything about the hotel!"

"Far enough from the freeway to get a peaceful rest."

"The owners were excellent! They know so much about the area and are full of wonderful stories. Would love to hear more of them sometime. My dog and I stayed one night and had everything we needed. Bed was very comfortable, and it was a nice quiet location with plenty of grassy areas to walk my dog around. Really nice to have the full fridge and freezer available in the separate full kitchen to store my food items. A lot of interesting memorabilia and photos in the house as well. A few things...

"DO NOT STAY HERE!!! This hotel was an absolute nightmare. They will accuse you of smoking in your room and charge you for it, even if you NEVER smoked. Take the time to read the other reviews because this appears to be an ongoing issue! The manager was extremely unprofessional, refused to identify herself, refused to provide any information or answers when questioned, and made us feel uncomfortable by following us around the hotel. We also experienced what felt like discriminatory...

"Clean room staff, was very nice and the breakfast was great"

"Have to remember that this is a cabin, nothing, too fancy, is a great place to stay if you’re going to Worlds of Fun. Staff was helpful and friendly. I feel it is a little pricey for what you get."
