"The bed was okay. A little hard for my liking but more firm, then hard. We really liked the pool and waterslide. We didn't like that check-in was at 4pm. It seems a little late. You are paying for the night and you only get from 4pm one night until 11am the next morning. With that being said our room was ready at 3pm and the key was given to us at 3:00pm. So that was amazing. The staff were polite and really friendly. "

The hotel was located only a 5 minute drive by car to the London center, in a quiet area.
The room was nice and clean. The hotel was elegant, with a nice atmosphere and the people working there was very friendly and accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay and we can recommend this hotel!"

"Room is nicely decorated and clean. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Window blinds very good to shut light out during day if need to sleep as we did after a long road trip. "

The staff is very friendly and where able to help us figure things out after we booked. These rooms where more affordable compared to other place in the area and where in good condition.
The only things I would have changed is the washroom layout, as someone who is bigger it was a little bit harder to use because the space between the wall and the toilet and adding in a microwave/coffee pot.
The beds where surprisingly comfortable for spring beds and I slept...

"We absolutely loved this place. Once we checked in we never left until check out. There was so much for us to do. Including the children's museum. The staff were amazing, the food was great. It was clean, it was quiet. We were pleasantly surprised. Thank you for a wonderful couple of days "
