"Our stay was very pleasant. The room was very clean and quiet. The pool and play area for the children are very well maintained. The only thing I would say is if they could open the breakfast an hour earlier; that would really be good for us early birds."

"The hotel is really close to the boardwalk, lots of restaurants to choose from & the staff were great. Especially the woman in charge of the dining. I wish I remembered her name, but she was a delight. There’s a play area where you can walk your dog if you brought one & where the kids can play. Overall, it was a great stay. I’d come back again!"

"Loved decor of hotel, pool, bar lounge area outside our room! Very convenient and relaxing! Staff was pretty friendly, hotel was also clean for the most part and beds made, towels replaced and room vacuumed daily!

"Was a great place to stay. Great option to swim indoor or outdoors in their pools. The rooms are spacious and clean. Everything was great. But the pull out bed in the sofa was Horrible. The worst mattress I ever felt.the mattress was thin flat I could feel ever spring and was so horrible to lay on. Other then that it was a great stay"

Most of the machines were out of order, this was one of the reasons I booked this hotel so the kids could play in the arcade. the location is great close enough to the boardwalk ,and was surrounded by a ton of things to do, go kart track, movie theater and outlets are right across the street

"This was our 2nd year staying at Dunes Suites and we love it there. The location is great with direct access to the beach and bathrooms. The rooms are clean and the oceanfront views are wonderful! Having the suit with the kitchen is so great for our family. We will be back next year!"

"Dune’s Suites has wonderful staff, great amenities, and is very clean and safe. I had a room with a patio. I had the patio door open at night and there was no problem. It’s a nice place to stay."

"Location, location, location! Walk up the sidewalk to the boardwalk/beach. We received a warm welcome when we arrived. Staff was always friendly. It is an older building that has been well kept up. We reserved two room with double beds. Rooms updated and clean! Comfortable bed and pillows. The only con is the bathroom. It is very small and could use an exhaust fan. "

The staff member Marianne was amazing and so kind when checking us in and making sure we had everything that we needed, especially with the little one. I would just suggest someone to lend her a hand - it can get busy! Otherwise an overall perfect stay and will be staying here with our family again. "
