This property has 2 acres with lakefront views, a wood-burning fire pit, a propane grill on the deck, 1 kayak, 1 canoe, 1 paddle boat, 2 fishing poles, and 4 life vests provided. The swim area has a hard, sandy bottom and is weed-free.

DOG FRIENDLY:
This home is dog-friendly, so enjoy your vacation with your furry friend! We allow up to 2 dogs for $20/day (a maximum of $120 per stay). Just select the pet option when booking your stay. Pets MUST be crated if left alone. NO EXCEPTIONS. Guests are responsible for their pets while on the property, including any damage caused by them.

LAKES:
North Nokomis Lake is a 470-acre "full rec" lake in Oneida County. It has a maximum depth of 73 feet and has a public boat landing. Fish include Panfish, Largemouth Bass, Smallmouth Bass, Northern Pike and Walleye. The approach to the lake is flat, and you can easily get from the parking area to the lake and dock without stairs. The property is located at the lake's quiet end, making for minimal boat traffic and great swimming and kayaking.

TRAILS:
You can take off from your ATV or snowmobile right from the home to get onto the nearby trails. Some road riding will be necessary. Check out the various Clubs on our "Destinations" page to navigate all the trail systems.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:
Due to Oneida County regulations, this property must be reserved for a minimum of 7 nights. We are unable to accept shorter bookings.
• Summer: 7-night stays with FRIDAY check-in and check-out
• Fall / Winter / Spring: 7-night stays with flexible arrival and departure days
