Mostly known for Wedding Gatherings, WEDDING + LODGING ALL-IN-ONE, from the Lake View, to the stunning 360 Mountain Views, & Private Acres- this property is an amazing place for any weddings, receptions, corporate events, family reunions, or just an ultimate escape being surrounded in nature & beauty!



Trailhead access directly in the backyard leading to miles and miles of Mountain Views.



At night you can experience the stars in the sky with the nature of this secluded area. Many bedrooms offer skylight windows to view the stars at night from the comfort of the king-sized beds throughout the entire upstairs and main floor. The property is 8,000 sq ft.



On THE RANCH you'll find seasonal seating on the back patio surrounding the fireplace. Overlooking the city and the lake and the surrounding mountains is breathtaking no matter what season!



Summer: The backyard offers a TRAEGER Smoker to enjoy using for any occasion. Additional fold-out chairs and tables can be found in the garage. Additional items will be found in the garage such as pickle-ball equipment (recommended to use at nearby Corey Wride Park), Commercial Volleyball (Must request to have this set up before your arrival if you plan to use it**), croquet, and more! Enjoy the very large gym area with a ping-pong table in the large garage for all to enjoy!



Corporate Events & Weddings & Reunions are great at this property:

Property can sleep 30+ people.

Any Events/Reservations holding or sleeping more than sixteen (16) guests will incur additional fees. You must provide the accurate amount of people that will be staying at the property. Providing inaccurate information against property rules subjects you to be removed from the property without refund. Please inquire on additional costs for reservations over 16 people may apply.

Major Events & Weddings have additional Venue Fees & rules & regulations. Some platforms don't allow "events" which is why we provide alternative coverage that requires fees. Inquire for more details about your specific situation.

**We allow Wedding Type Events to view or FaceTime the property 1 time as a courtesy to help with wedding decisions**



SUMMER NOTICE: Please remove any items from the lawn before going to sleep. Sprinkler system comes on middle of the night (exceptions made with explicit wedding set-up situations).



WINTER NOTICE: Outdoor seating is stored away in the winter. Please be mindful about considering winter-appropriate vehicles. The West does not get as heavy snow fall as the East (where ski resorts are), and we cannot predict heavy snow fall nor the cities schedule to plow roads, property driveways, and do NOT offer snow removal if the RARE chance of heavy snow fall happens. A winter shovel is provided for the driveway just in case.



You will have quick communication with the Host. The Host is very experienced in this space and has multiple (smaller) properties in the area to choose from if you'd like to explore those options as well.

There's amazing jet skiing and boating at Deer Creek Reservoir



An easy and fun option is to rent tubes and float the Provo Canyon which includes tube rentals and shuttle up the canyon. It's a beautiful canyon and highly recommended!



Park City is famous for the amazing scenery, food, biking (skiing in winter) and bike rentals can be found at:



Mountain Resort is a personal favorite of ours and offers the same activities.



All locations are BEAUTIFUL DRIVES with options of going up multiple canyons to get to these destinations.



If you're looking to rent bikes to do the trails nearby the ranch, the best bet is renting from the universities UVU or BYU. It's possible other bike stores have something in stock but it's hit and miss. These universities are usually well equipped no matter how many guests are wanting to rent bikes:
