On the top level, you’ll find two cozy bedrooms, each with a queen bed and portable A/C unit for the summer—great for couples or solo guests who value a bit of privacy (*A/C - The summer in the mountains is very temperate, and since there is no standard central air conditioning, portable A/C units have been installed in bedrooms 1 & 2 with the queen beds.) Downstairs, the fun continues in the bunk room, featuring a twin-over-twin bunk, a twin-over-queen bunk, and a queen sleeper sofa—perfect for kids, extra guests, or the whole crew. With three full bathrooms (two on the top level, and another on the lower level, all with a tub/shower combo), there’s no need to wait in line when it’s time to rinse off and relax.



The main entry level is warm and welcoming with an open kitchen, two dining areas, and the living area with a large sofa and SmartTV, plus a private balcony just off the space—ideal for sipping coffee, soaking up some sun, or just breathing in that crisp Colorado air.
