"I arrived after 3 and my room was not ready, not a big deal so they can make sure it’s clean. It wasn’t. There was a penny and all kinds of debris around the toilet, brown smears on the wall near the toilet paper, parts of the wall and shower were coming off onto the floor. They advertised they had a gym, which was why I booked it, and it’s completely gone. I have kindly requested a refund and have not heard anything back. "

"We didn't stay here! We were only able to check into one of our rooms, because the other room was not ready. The male clerk said the other room would be ready in 10 minutes, as there are 2 housekeepers working on the room. I'm pretty sure it takes more than 10 minutes to thoroughly clean a hotel room. When we got to the 1 room that was ready, the entire floor was sticky, had food pieces under the bed, and something that looked like milk and some other substance on it. The toilet wouldn't flush...

"The woman at the front desk was distracted by her phone and delayed the check in process. We were sent to a room on the 3rd floor where there was an empty mount where the tv should be. We returned to the desk to ask for another and were given a room on the second floor. Upon turning on the AC, the room immediately smelled of urine. Went back to the desk, mind you this all happened within 20 minutes to check out and get a refund. Another couple was doing the Same. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE."
