Never coming back
Reading other reviews definitely lead us to a decision we regret so I feel I have to give the real picture on this hotel.
The food is terrible, not what they are showing on social media .
The staff super unprofessional and young.
Sadly we booked a massage, it’s the worst massage I ever had and I don’t understand how they can charge or offer this service for their guest.
The main one is the absolutely unbelievable level of noise. The restaurant downstairs blasts out music all day and all evening. There are outdoor speakers which are mounted on the outside walls of the rooms and they are clearly audible in the rooms. At the weekend, they added a totally unnecessary amplifier to this noise and it became absolutely unbearable. The bass could be felt through the floorboards. There simply are no quiet rooms here… both sides of the hotel are subject to this noise because of the restaurants “garden”. Live music one night was blasted out onto the street from the hotels own restaurant until 11:10pm. Another it was dance music until the same time
There are other minor annoyances too which affect the overall quality. The parking can only be accessed or exited by getting a member of staff to come along with pliers and other tools to open the gate. The breakfast is not great: a la carte selections which leave much to be desired.
