The apartment is located 70 meters from the beach—ideal for families with children—and it’s just a two-minute walk to the sand. It features a fairly spacious living room with a large dining table, a refrigerator, air conditioning, a very comfortable sofa, and a fully equipped kitchen. It has two bedrooms: one is furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe, and there’s space to add a bed for your child if needed; the other features a bunk bed and a closet. Additionally, there are two bathrooms, both equipped with a shower and a toilet. You’ll also find a washing machine, an iron with an ironing board, and a vacuum cleaner for thorough cleaning. All of this is complemented by the refreshing ocean breeze from two new air conditioners, ensuring a very comfortable and relaxing experience :). Right outside the house, you’ll find everything you need, as well as numerous bars, pizzerias, and restaurants.
