6/10 Okay

A little different

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Honestly, my experience was a little different than the numerous times that I have rented multiple properties from you. The property was not as clean as in the past and needs a visit from the exterminator. There was no coffee packet like in the past and there was a shampoo/soap package in the downstairs bathroom but nothing in the master upstairs. The house is nice but the prep was a little lax this time.

Lovely home in a quiet neighborhood.

Great decor; house was in excellent condition. The deck was perfect for watching the sunlight on the mountains and the bucks grazing right outside our door.

Great layout/beautiful home. Located about a 11 minute car ride to downtown Durango. Nice views and hiking trails right from back of property.Only negatives were the very low water pressure in master bathroom shower & the bathroom sink faucets were located too far back from sink bowl causing the sink top to get wet.

Amazing Mountain Retreat

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful mountain home! The location was perfect- about halfway between Durango and Purgatory and right next to Durango Hot Springs. The house itself was clean and incredibly comfortable for our family of 5. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, and the living area was perfect for relaxing after a long day of skiing/exploring. The beds were cozy, and everyone slept well. The hosts were responsive and provided great recommendations for the area. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful mountain escape!

Great Home

Loved the location, very nice home, clean, comfortable, with AC and most everything we needed to stay for 10 days. New home and nice furnishings so you are comfortable with open plan kitchen/living room. We had a great experience with management who helped us with a small issue almost immediately. Would definitely stay in the home again.
