Good location, though access was not on the street in listing but off the ally in back.. Sofa was in terrible condition with springs coming through and coffee table was in pieces. Host contact was automated texts from rental company.

This is the second time I’ve stayed here. I go and visit my daughter because she goes to FLC. It’s in walking distance to the downtown and 7 minutes to the college. Quiet and just perfect for us.

The place was peaceful and quiet! No one around the apartment really comes out at night, and it makes it have a sense of seclusion. I will stay here again if I ever come back. Easy walk to the Main Street activities. 10 of 10

Perfect, once we found it!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay in Durango visiting my son. I would definitely stay here again because it was so cozy and right in walking distance to everything in town. When we arrived we could not find it because it is in the alley and has the same address as a different house on the street. This place is behind the main street so arriving at night is not ideal.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The studio was cute, clean, and in a perfect location—just a short walk to Main Street. The deck was a great bonus, and we loved that it was dog friendly. We stayed while moving our daughter into Fort Lewis College, and it was the perfect home base for the trip. Would definitely stay again!

This property was cute, comfortable and so close to the downtown area. Everything was either a quick drive or walk from the apartment. We enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony every morning. Thank you!

Great location! The only issues I had were the same as others: it was difficult to get my dogs up and down the metal steps, and the couch was not comfortable. However, I would definately stay here again as the studio was clean and it was within walking distance of downtown and the train station.
