Welcome to HighPoint Overlook! Perched above the fairway at Tamarron Resort, this two bedroom townhome pairs mountain views from every window with resort-level access: indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, golf, tennis and pickleball, and trails right outside your door.

The main level features an open-concept living, kitchen, and dining layout. Large windows and sliding glass doors lead to the deck where you can enjoy beautiful mountain views. The kitchen features stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops.

Upstairs, the primary suite offers a king bed, ensuite bathroom, and a stackable washer/dryer. The second bedroom includes a queen bed with its own ensuite bath.

Guests also get access to the Glacier Club's 18-hole Valley Course at the Tamarron rate — a great perk of your stay! Details to book your tee time will be provided in your rental instructions.

ON-SITE COMMUNITY AMENITIES AT THE LODGE INCLUDE: Indoor pool, outdoor heated pool, outdoor hot tub, sauna, steam shower, fitness center, golf at private course at the Tamarron rate, tennis, pickleball, playground, 3 on-site restaurants, and event center. There is an EV Charging Station available for guest use in the Valley Clubhouse parking lot, adjacent to the Tamarron Lodge. Our Tamarron rental guests can play Glacier's 18-hole Valley Course at an exclusive discounted rate. Details will be provided in your rental instructions. There is a $20 per person ski shuttle to purgatory on weekends - tickets must be purchased in advance and the pick-up location is in the Valley Clubhouse parking lot.

LOCATION: Tamarron sits at around 7,800 feet in elevation and is just 10 minutes south of Purgatory Ski Resort and 20 minutes north of downtown Durango. Many guests stay here to visit Purgatory Ski Resort, which offers a variety of restaurants, winter and summer activities, and festivals/events.

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

VRC CANCELLATION POLICY: At Vacation Rental Collective, we understand the importance of flexibility for travelers when it comes to cancellations. When booking directly with Vacation Rental Collective, we offer a Moderate Cancellation Policy for this Property: A guest will receive a 100% refund if canceled/changed at least 30 days before check-in; a 50% refund if canceled/changed 14-30 days before check-in; and no refund if canceled/changed 13 days or less before check-in. If you booked on a third-party site (VRBO, Airbnb, etc), your cancellation is subject to their policy. We do offer travel insurance.
