Has bed space for 7 people plus a large couch in living room for an additional person. No A/C, but not needed. Warm sunny days turn to cool evenings in this higher altitude pine forested neighborhood.

Bunk Bed w/ Queen lower and twin upper, new carpet and closet storage, black out blinds.

Garage- can fit one car or small SUV or one very small truck. No full size trucks or SUVS like suburban or Expedition or tghe like, it is too short to fit those. There is a ping pong table in garage as well, You are welcome to use it bu please only use the table if you know how to fold it down and back up. Any damage in the garage will be charged to your deposit.

Interior amenities- Second full bathroom is in hallway between other two bedrooms with its own entry. House is fully furnished, move in ready, spacious living room w/ 75" smart TV. Please note, the only active subscription on the TV's is Amazon Prime. I do not have cable service, Netflix or any other streaming service besides the free ones that come wit the TV. You will need to log in and log out of your accounts to watch streaming services. The TV in the garage does have antenna TV and gets about 15 local channels. Hardwood floors in living area, tile in bathrooms and laundry rooms. Full laundry w/ washer and dryer, and stocked kitchen w/ condiments/spices and ample cookware.
Larger private back yard with deck and seating for 6, 36" Blackstone grill and BBQ, great shade from beautiful gamble oaks trees. Perfect for entertaining. NOTE: for those who wish to bring a dog it is a $250 non refundable pet fee. Also note, the master closet is not available to guests for use, it is storing my personal stuff while I am gone. There is a closet next to the front door if you need closet space to hang things. There are also closets in the second and third bedrooms.

Neighborhood has tennis court, basketball court and playground within walking distance as well as a great network of nature trails for biking or hiking. Literally right outside your front door.
