Portree Town

"The upstairs bedrooms are A-frame with angled ceilings and an adult can't walk upright in the twin room. It is very small and meant for a child (think converted attic). It was difficult to have the suitcase open on the floor and avoid hitting your head. We were out most of the day, so we didn't really use the family room, but it looked well used. The kitchen and bathroom were well appointed for our use."

Anmeldelser af populære hoteller i Dunvegan

Uig Hotel

8/10 God

"Fint værelse og god mad. Lidt kedeligt område alt var lukket i UIG by. Bedste hotel i området og godt til en enkelt overnatning."

The Skye Inn

8/10 God

"We visited this hotel and found it good for what it was intended for. The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, and we appreciated their helpful attitude. However, there were a few aspects that did not fully meet our expectations. The walls seemed quite thin, and we could hear noise from the adjoining room, possibly because it was a connecting room. The hotel also appears to cater more to tour groups and operators. If you plan to have dinner at the hotel, it is important to book in advance, as it may not be possible to dine there otherwise. This information have been communicated clearly so no problem just important to mention for someone booking it. In addition, the road leading to the hotel has many potholes and could be improved it gives a strange vibe arriving. While the property did not entirely match the impression given by the photos, we want to be fair and acknowledge the friendly staff and the fact that the hotel served its purpose well for our stay."

The Flodigarry Hotel in the Skye

10/10 Fremragende

"One of the best stays on our trip through Scotland. The people there were friendly, funny and always ready to help. Really cozy cabin, the most beautiful drive to the hotel, and multiple amazing views. After our stay, we even received a handwritten letter with some homemade cookies. If we have to recommend one place to stay in Scotland, this will definitely be it!"
