"Everything was acceptable except they replaced the shower door with a curtain rod but not remove all of the hardware from the shower door which left the opening unsightly and posed a safety risk if a person were to catch their foot on the now exposed hardware. "

"Coffee hard to come by. Only 2 cups in room and asked front desk for more and they said housekeeping would drop some off - never did. Pool closed for repairs. Called guest services multiple times for coffee cups and no answer. Had to leave hotel to find coffee nearby. Buffet breakfast fake eggs, no access to water or juices, no waffles or pancakes. Terrible table service. Clean hotel - thats about it. "

The next morning we went to breakfast at 9:10 and there were crumbs left when it was supposed to end at 9:30. That night we stopped by the front desk on our way in to ask for some towels because we did not allow the staff in our room while we were away and were told they were out of towels. Once we got to our room I was making up my bed to get in it and I noticed there...
