Beautiful chunk of land with a deck that provides beautiful sunrise views over a pond. We particularly enjoyed the large kitchen as it was easy to work in while cooking. The layout of the house is curious - as mentioned in some of the other reviews, the bedroom and bathroom in the loft are somewhat open to the living area which makes it feel less private - not a problem for us but may be a consideration depending on your group. "This cabin was plenty big for our family of 6 and cozy at the same time. It was nicely decorated and felt like home. Our 2 smaller dogs enjoy the space as well as a nice walk around the lake. Our kids enjoyed watching movies with the fireplace going and overlooking the beautiful lake from the large windows. We would definitely stay here again!"

"My sister-in-law and I got our adult children together with some of our younger children for a ski trip between Christmas and New Year’s. The weather didn’t cooperate as well as we would’ve liked but there were other things to do like rock, climbing, ice-skating, and card games and video games. "you cannot beat the location of this property, close to beach and shops/restaurants. It is much smaller than expected from the pictures and descriptions (I.e. 2nd for living room is a small open space, there is no elevator, there is no game room, etc. The painted floors are peeling & get all over your feet and in your sheets (yuck) and there was a dangerous broken board on the exit of the patio doors. the guest cottage is really rustic and musty, not great. But the location was fabulous!"
