"I'd rate it 10 stars if i could. The drive in is stunning. The view of the B and B and the rooms is absolutely breathtaking. The rooms are beautiful and immaculate, and they have the basic necessities and Highland soaps ☺️. The drive in is also stunning. And, you're just a short walk to Glenelg Barracks, and a short drive to the ferry to Skye. There's a pub on the property, but it is the only place around, so be sure to book a reservation. Food is delicious and the staff are warm and friendly....

"My stay was unfortunately very short. I arrived late and had to leave early. But I enjoyed every minute of my stay. On arrival the receptionist greated me warmly and arranged a fast dinner. The food was really good and the service great. The room was spacious and cosy and the bed was comfortable. I am happy to recommend this hotel. Only comment I have is: when I arrived it was dark and there was very little light outside. Please install some lamps at the parking area."

"This little cottage was so cute. It was well equipped with everything we needed for a few days. It was within walking distance to a convenient store that had plenty of food options. Close enough to isle of Skye for some day trips!"

"This was our best stay on our whole trip to Scotland. While, it was a little off the beaten path, it provided a quiet, cosy oasis after we had been staying in towns in lodges without parking for our car. Achmore had ample parking on site. Ida met us at our car and showed us to our room while loading more fire wood in the pot belly stove in room. It was a lovely site as we walked in! So warm and cosy. The apartment was spacious with a full kitchen. We cooked dinner and Ida had even left us a wee...
