"Clean room, lots of space, very helpful staff"

"Room was cleaned daily. Good ocean view. Staff not nice looked like they didn't want to be there. Not all but most. Food in the buffet was terrible, cold ,dryed out. Didn't look safe to eat. I did let the front desk know. We only had breakfast there once, the other 6 days we eat outside."

"Der var ingen P-pladser og vi skulle parkerer alt for langt fra hotellet. Det var et hotel med all inklusive og havde vi vist det havde vi ikke booket en overnatning her. Alt for mange børn og ikke lige det vi havde tænkt os som ny forelsket par. Værelset var pænt rent med for lille seng til vi begge kunne ligge i den. "

"First, the Good: The rooms are small, but functional; garden area with chairs was nice for breakfast. The room was clean and smelled nice, and the grounds were gorgeous. Lots of palms, nice walk ways, and generous outdoor space. Pool area was large and the proximity to the bar was great; the game room and outdoor ping pong were a nice touch. Access to the parking was good, but spaces are limited. Easy to walk to the busier part of Salou and the beach, and convenient drive to PortAventura &...

"Great theming in the resort, great to get park tickets included in our stay, but the resort was under staffed and staff often came across as rude and unhelpful, checkin was over 40 minute wait, poor ac throughout the complex, especially in the rooms - we did pick this up on resort and were told maintenance would be sent, they never arrived. Minimal info provided at checkin, €2 per towel for hire plus €15 euro deposit which we had to collect from reception, again over 10 minutes wait for this. We...

"Hotellet ligger meget centralt i forhold til restauranter, strand og små butikker. Pæne rene værelser. WIFi er ikke så godt og sengene lidt hårde. Personalet er meget venligt og imødekommende. Vi havde hel pension. Maden var fint, ikke gourmet, men lækkert, velsmagende og varieret til alle måltider. Poolområdet er fint og velholdt. Jeg ville helt klart booke på dette hotel igen."
