"Stayed at this property because of its excellent location to the Fisher Center at Belmont University for the new Dolly Parton musical premiere. This hotel is a gem: nice rooms, awesome customer service and 24 hr front desk. Thursday evening in the courtyard was a poetry session and Friday evening was a musician along with a complementary local brewery beer tasting opportunity. It’s only about 15 minutes into town for all of the famous Nashville sights and sounds. Great place!"

"Love the friendliness of all staff. From the valet employees and front desk. Our check in and check out was easy. The pool was also a great add on to our stay as last year we did not have the chance to stop by! Room service was ok for the most part. We did not get the mini-bar Icelandic water/beer stocked but it’s ok. Overall, our stay was worth the price. Can’t wait to stay here again. "

"The stay was great. My husband said the breakfast buffet was very good. Only problem was check in. The whole parking situation was confusing and awkward. I will say some staff members are definitely on their game more than others. Next time I will use valet parking. Overall would recommend this for a fun experience in Nashville. "

"Great coffee right around the corner at Mr. T. Staff at hotel super friendly and helpful. Clearly love their jobs. Kind of wish a breakfast was included. Pool on the roof over looking the city was great. Overall a wonderful stay. 30min walk to broadway or a $6 uber ride. Definitely will visit again. Love Nashville. "

"I wasn’t a fan of sharing the parking area with an apartment complex, and the associated charge to go with it. Staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly, and my room had a fantastic view. Dining room was a little pricey, but excellent cuisine. I may not be able to stay in great places often, so I did appreciate the great room"

"Room was not good - very humid. The window had throughout my stay water drops rolling down the window (not sure how healthy that is)
I as delayed and could not reach my flight connection - but still had to pay for the hotel the first night although I could not use it - but maybe this is more due to hotels.com and their strict policies."
