Villa Snjezana is a lovely villa with a private pool and direct access to the sea. The villa is an outstanding example of a contemporary Dalmatian property which includes a villa manager (24/7), a welcome with Chef, finger food and wine tasting. Located just 7 km from Dubrovnik, this villa is just a stone's throw from the Adriatic Sea and its glass front façade offers incredible views of the Grebeni Rocks and Koločep island.

Villa Snjezana (700 sqm) consists of a main house which develops over three levels connected by a lift/elevator, and a separate apartment (within the villa).

The ground floor of this stunning villa features a modern, well-equipped kitchen and a large open plan living room (with sofas, TV, and dining table) with floor to ceiling glass windows and a marble floor, as well as a library area (with a bar). There is also a Finnish sauna on this level complete with a toilet and shower.

The sleeping area develops over two levels. On the first floor, you will find one double bedroom (with queen size bed) with ensuite bathroom (with shower) and one twin bedroom (with two single beds) with ensuite bathroom (with shower).

On the second floor, you will find two double bedrooms (with queen size beds) and one twin bedroom (with two single beds). All three bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms (one with a tub and shower, two with showers).

There is also a separate apartment connected (access via a door from within the villa). Here, you will find one double bedroom (with queen size bed) with ensuite bathroom (with shower).

Outside, you will find a large sea-facing terrace featuring a private swimming pool with jacuzzi (in use when the villa is available for booking), sun loungers and a shady alfresco dining area complete with dining table. There is also a private beach plateau (with sun loungers) and direct access to the sea where guests can swim. At the top of the villa, there is parking for three cars and access to the lift/elevator that goes to all floors.
