This elegantly furnished apartment spreads across two levels, accessible via a private entrance (approx. 20 stairs leading to the door).
First Level: Features a spacious, sun-drenched living room with a dining area, perfect for group gatherings. This level opens onto a private balcony equipped with outdoor furniture—the ultimate spot for enjoying dramatic sunsets over the sea. The floor also includes a fully equipped kitchen (with a steam oven, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher), a separate guest toilet, and one master bedroom (bed 180x200) with its own en-suite bathroom and shower.
Second Level (Attic): An internal staircase leads to the upper floor which houses two additional bedrooms. One bedroom features a large double bed (180x200), while the second is equipped with two comfortable single beds. They share a well-appointed bathroom located in the hallway, which also includes a washing machine and dryer.

Our cleaning team has a tight schedule to prepare for the next guests, so we appreciate your punctuality. Late check-outs may be possible for an additional fee, subject to availability – please inquire in advance.
NOISE & COMMUNITY - This is your home away from home, but it's also part of a residential community. Please be mindful of our neighbors. - Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM (22:00) to 8:00 AM daily. Please keep noise levels, including music and voices, to a minimum during this time, especially in common areas and on the balcony/terrace. - Parties, events, or large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Unregistered guests are not permitted on the premises without prior approval.
SMOKING POLICY - Smoking of any kind (including cigarettes, cigars, and e-cigarettes/vaping) is strictly forbidden inside the apartment. A significant cleaning and deodorizing fee will be charged if this rule is violated. - You may smoke on the exterior balcony or terrace if one is available, but please use the ashtray provided and ensure all doors and windows are closed to prevent smoke from entering the apartment.
PETS - We love animals, but to ensure the comfort of all our guests, including those with allergies, we maintain a strict no-pets policy.
SAFETY & SECURITY - Please ensure all windows and doors are locked when you leave the apartment to keep your personal belongings safe. - Do not leave appliances like the stove, oven, or air conditioning running unattended. - In case of emergency, please dial the local emergency number 112.
CARE OF THE PROPERTY - Please treat our home with the same respect you would your own. Report any damages or breakages to us immediately so we can address them. - Help us conserve energy by turning off lights and air conditioning when you are not in the apartment. - Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet to avoid plumbing issues. - Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. While a professional cleaning is included, this helps our team work efficiently. This includes washing up any used dishes and taking out the trash to the designated bins.
