🕓 Late check-out upon request (subject to availability). Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500.

• Check-In Requirement: In accordance with local regulations, a copy of each guest’s passport must be provided and will be submitted to the Dubai Tourism Authority (DTCM).
• No Parties or Smoking Indoors: Parties are strictly prohibited. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony.
• Respectful Conduct: Guests are expected to behave respectfully and avoid any disruptive or inappropriate behavior.
• Noise Control: Please keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, to respect neighbors.
• Cleanliness: Kindly maintain the apartment in a clean and tidy condition throughout your stay.
• Damages: Inform the host of any damages or significant messes. Charges may apply for deep cleaning or repairs.
• Key & Access Responsibility: Guests are liable for any lost or damaged items as follows:
– Key: 200 AED
– Access Card: 300 AED
– Smart Lock Damage: 3,000 AED
• No Alterations: Do not rearrange or modify the furniture or unit setup.
• Parking: Only use the designated parking space and follow all parking rules.
• Security Deposit: A 1,000 AED security deposit is required upon arrival.
