The Space

The sofa bed can accommodate one extra guest, providing additional sleeping space when needed. A dedicated work desk is also conveniently located in the living room, perfect for those needing to stay productive. The fully furnished balcony offers a peaceful space to unwind, while the separate kitchen is fully equipped for all your culinary needs, making this apartment ideal for a comfortable and effortless stay.



Master Bedroom

The master bedroom is bathed in natural light, thanks to the large windows that wrap around the room. It features a king-size bed, complemented by built-in wardrobes for ample storage. For the most adventurous ones, you can rent a Careem bike and ride to the closest beaches in about 20 minutes (Jumeirah Beach and Kite Beach).

Other Things to Note

Please note that Dubai has applicable Tourism Dirham charges for all guests staying in apartments, resorts and hotels. Any such applicable charges may be collected upon arrival at a rate of 10 AED per night per bedroom (~ 4 USD). Also, since 1 January 2018, all rates are subject to a UAE Government VAT rate of 5%. This rate will be applied as per applicable laws and may be paid upon arrival.



Please dispose of garbage in the designated area only. Leaving garbage in corridors or outside apartment doors may result in fines issued by building management.
