We're excited to welcome you to our home! This property is a registered holiday home apartment, and we kindly ask you to follow these guidelines to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience:

- Check-In and Check-Out: Standard check-in time is 3 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur an additional cost.

- Guest Registration: All guests are required to provide passport copies before arrival to facilitate registration with building management, ensuring a smooth check-in process.

- No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.

- No Pets: Pets are not allowed in the apartment.

- Lost or Damaged Keys/Cards: A replacement fee will be charged for any lost or damaged keys or parking cards.

- Housekeeping Services: Housekeeping services, with or without a change of linens, are available at competitive rates. Additional linens and towels can be provided upon request for an extra charge.

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding. Should you have any questions or special requests, please feel free to reach out to us.

- The security deposit will be refunded within 7 business days after check-out, pending a satisfactory inspection of the unit. For transparency, photos of the rental agreement (front and back) are included in the listing for your reference.

- For building registration purposes, we will require a copy of the passports for all guests occupying the unit prior to their arrival. Thank you for your cooperation.

- We provide a starter pack of toiletries to make your arrival more comfortable. Please note that items like cooking condiments, cleaning products, and extra toiletries are not stocked in the apartment. We recommend planning accordingly for these essentials during your stay.

- Please be aware that Dubai is constantly evolving, which may involve ongoing construction or renovations within the community or even within our building. This could potentially cause disruptions during your stay.

- Please let us know in advance if you require a check-in outside of our standard hours. We will do our best to accommodate your request, depending on availability. Additional fees may apply.

- If you wish to request a late checkout, please note that this is subject to availability and additional fees. Please contact your agent at least 24 hours in advance to discuss.

- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A fine of 2,000 AED will be charged for smoking indoors. Smoking is permitted only on balconies, if available.

- A replacement fee of 500 AED will be charged for the loss of an access or parking card

- Building amenities such as the swimming pool, gym, or other shared facilities are managed by the building management and are subject to maintenance or temporary closure without prior notice. While we always aim to provide accurate and up-to-date information, these amenities are not under our direct control, and availability cannot be guaranteed at all times.
