• Soft copies of passports are required to be sent prior to check-in, as part of building regulations to ensure a smooth check-in process.
• Standard check-out time is by 11:00 AM. If guests cause a delay in the cleaning service by not checking out on time, a fee of AED 150 per hour will be applied from 11 AM to 1 PM. After 1 Pm, a late check-out and cleaning delay fee of AED 1000 will be charged.
• Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited. Any evidence of smoking will result in a penalty of AED 3000 to AED 5000 for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning.
• Please remember to return the access cards in good condition when you check out. If a card gets lost, there will be a replacement fee of AED 500 per card.
