Bur Dubai is also now home to some iconic buildings, like the Wafi Mall, Zabeel Park and Dubai Frame. Whenever you’re ready to head into the city, a 5-minute taxi will take you to trendy DIFC for fine dining experiences in Dubai style or Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall for a frenetic shopping experience. For those lazy beach days, a taxi will get you to the Arabian Gulf in 5 minutes, and for the more adventurous traveler, you can venture out to Dubai Creek and take a Dhow Dinner Cruise. When you’re ready to explore the city further afield, you can take the Dubai Metro to the south end of the city. Careem and other car services are also available and widely used throughout the Emirate.Please be advised that there is ongoing construction work in the surrounding area.
