"Wonderful host who were very flexible with our late check in. The place is really comfortable and clean and tidy with lots of amenities. "

"Amazing and intimate service, by Andreas and his wife, we felt special and welcome from the first second and it continued like that - Rothmann Manor is a must stay when in Swellendam!"

"Nydeligt mindre land boutique hotel. Hyggeligt familiedrevet sted, som ioevrigt er noget mindre end fotos og beskrivelse paa Hotels.com siger. Der er anfoert at der tilbydes middag i restauranten. Det er hotellet ophoert med for nogen tid siden. Der serveres kun morgenmad. Der er mulighed for at parkere indenfor bag en laage. Men pas paa med at anvende den ved gaaende ind- og udpassage - da indehaveren paatalte dette for os - da det slider for meget paa laagen ! "

"Het was er oud en vies!"

"Nice room and a very pleasant couple of nights - the owner was most helpful in providing advice and guidance of local restaurants and spots to visit. Highly recommended"

"Fint og ordentligt uden at imponere til en enkel overnatning"

"ROOM VERY LARGE AND SPACIOUS. STAFF VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. GOOD BREAKKIE. GREAT LOCATION FOR WALKING TO SHOPS & RESTAURANTS NEARBY. SECURE PARKING AND FELT SAFE TO WALK AROUND AREA."

Plus a recommendation for a restaurant for dinner that we followed and enjoyed. Also, a staff member stopped by to...

"The room was nicely decorated, clean and charcoal was provided for the braai. Amenities, including the tea pot, were good with considerate extras included. The berry store downstairs provided a nice place to taste and purchase farm made jams, relishes and liquers."

"Dejligt stort værelse. God betjening. Fint parkeringsmuæigheder"

"Mooie ruime kamers, mooie tuin en uitstekend ontbijt"

"Beautiful, well maintained facilities with incredibly accommodating staff and hosts. It’s a fantastic way to get up close and personal with some of the amazing game and wildlife our country has to offer. Truly an unforgettable experience!"
