"I stayed in a refurbished room which was decorated to a high standard and spotlessly clean. Check in / out was simple and quick. Sadly though, room was unbelievably hot - even with windows open and the provided fan. No shower - only a bath, which I didn't spot on booking. Made it tricky to wash hair, as bath doesn't have shower attachment or taps! "

Incredibly poor communication from the property, who in the first instance did not respond for over a week to our request for an early check in. e repeatedly asked host for check in details,and we eventually got them on the day of check in only 15 minutes before scheduled (normal) check in time, at which time we were already at the weddding of my daughter, having travelled...

"Receptionist just bad. Didn’t inform about registration of car by parking. Next I had two reservations. 1 x 2 days and 1 x 1 day. And I clearly made her aware of this. When I came back the last day my key didn’t work and I had to go in the reception and they changed my room and packed all my personal belongings together and add it to the new room. Excused by their sent me an email, which got return with an error. Who the fxxk read an email during a busy day and they had my phone number which...

"Lovely little hotel, superior room was bigger than we expected looking over the front of the hotel. Fairly clean, only minor point, as the hotel was full there were no spare pillows,I sometimes, I struggle with my breathing hence the extra pillow at night. Will stay again."

"Det er et fantastisk dejligt hotel. Det ligger lige ved siden af Mercedes World og Brooklands museum, så det er oplagt at vælge det, hvis man vil besøge de to steder"

"Really great stay. The public areas of the hotel are very welcoming and the grounds surrounding it fabulous. Room very well appointed and spotlessly clean. I used all the spa facilities which were a real bonus. The staff were really courteous and helpful. All in all, thoroughly recommended."
