The Space:

Villa Aspilon sits within a twenty stremma estate surrounded by forest landscapes, mountain views, olive trees, and wide open gardens that unfold across multiple terraces and walking paths. The shared swimming pool sits at the heart of the outdoor space, while stone pathways, shaded seating areas, and quiet lookouts create different places to spend the day outdoors. A private chapel and a small pond add character to the grounds, while the elevated setting brings uninterrupted views across the surrounding countryside.



Inside, the villa combines generous open spaces with architectural details collected over many years. The main living room feels open and welcoming, with comfortable seating, decorative pieces from different centuries, a fireplace for cooler evenings, and large openings that keep the surrounding landscape constantly in view. A piano beneath the blue domed ceiling creates one of the villa’s most distinctive spaces, while the private library includes Greek, German, and English books for slower afternoons indoors.



The fully equipped kitchen connects naturally with the dining and living spaces, making shared meals and long evenings together feel effortless.



The villa accommodates up to six guests across three ground floor bedrooms. Two bedrooms include double beds, while the third bedroom includes two single beds, creating a flexible layout for families, couples, or groups travelling together. The bathroom includes a whirlpool bathtub as well as a shower area, creating a comfortable space to unwind after a day outdoors.

Guests have full private access to the villa, gardens, outdoor dining areas, and barbecue space. The swimming pool is shared and sits within the central garden area of the estate.

The estate enjoys a peaceful setting approximately 7 minutes from the village itself, creating an atmosphere of privacy and quiet while still keeping local services and regional attractions within easy reach. A well stocked supermarket can be reached in around 8 minutes, while traditional tavernas and everyday services remain close to the property.



The coast of Kavala can be reached in around 50 km, where you will find organized beaches, seaside tavernas, and long stretches of sand and pebble shoreline along the northern Aegean. Ammolofoi Beach, approximately 65 km away, is known for its wide sandy coastline and clear water, creating one of the region’s best known summer beach destinations. Peramos Beach sits around 55 km from the property and combines shallow water with beach bars and relaxed waterfront dining.



Nature experiences begin almost immediately from the estate itself. The forests surrounding Taxiarches are ideal for walking, cycling, and exploring quiet countryside roads through oak and pine landscapes. The famous Alistrati Cave lies approximately 40 km away and ranks among the most impressive cave systems in Greece, with enormous chambers and striking rock formations. For guests interested in kayaking and outdoor sports, the Nestos River near Toxotes sits roughly 90 km away and is known for its dramatic gorge landscapes and guided river activities.

We suggest guests having their own car for added convenience, as public transport in the area is limited.
