Hotel i Downtown Murphy, Murphy

"They really need a fence blocking the owners of the property next door it is tons of junk; at first I was wishing we had Not booked on line because if I had just pulled up I would have not stayed. Inside everything was great. The room was clean and nice. The breakfast was great."

"Staff was super helpful and parking was easy"

"Clean room. Convenient parking. A/C unit was very noisy."

"Bekvem beliggenhed for ture i Smoky Mountains og til rafting på floderne. Pænt og rent."

"Room was pretty clean and comfortable. The only issue was the water from the sink was cloudy and had a well water odor. The shower had clear water and the water pressure was amazing, still a little well water odor."

"Terrible or no wifi. Tv signal awful and could not watch tv. Bathroom could use update and install higher and better toilets. Beds were made up very poorly and had to be remade before using. Front desk personnel very nice and helpful. Love the ambiance of the lobby but place could use some updating."

"The rooms are tired. Musty smell. This property needs to be remodeled"

"Great staff, great location. Can run to Blairsville or Blue Ridge quickly."

"This place was absolutely amazing!! The staff were friendly and very helpful. The location, pool, movie night, and having free breakfast with your stay. The breakfast and amenities make this place have the extra bonus than all the rest. We loved it and will definitely be back!!"

"The Owl's Perch and surroundings is beautiful and serene. I would 100% recommend. The accommodation in very well laid out with many things thought of for your convenience. Enjoyed every moment, wish we could have stayed longer."

"My girlfriend and I stayed at this property during our trip around North Georgia, and we had a wonderful experience! The location was very convenient for exploring nearby attractions such as Helen, Brasstown Bald, and Blood Mountain. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and we especially appreciated the cozy bed-and-breakfast atmosphere and the breakfast provided. Having access to a bathtub and sauna was also a great bonus, especially for relaxing after a long day of hiking...

"Great location on the lake. My husband and I kayacked, fished, brought our pup along. We enjoyed sitting on the porch overlooking the lake. The owners were more than welcoming, anticipated our needs before we thought of them. "
