Hotel i Downtown Canton, Canton

"My only two complaints was, I asked for my room to be cleaned once I left, and it never was. This was for all 3 days. Then, my biggest issue was the parking. Number one the stew was a bit sketchy and I was alone. It was located in Downtown, and I had to literally circle the block for 30 mins and Saturday for almost an hour to find parking. I didn't feel very safe coming in late and no parking close. The last day when I brought this up, they mentioned there was parking across for a daily fee....

"Place is clean but it’s old. To me smelled like smoke. Toilet and shower work ok but not the greatest. Walls are paper thin can hear people just talking in the next room. Breakfast first day was out of everything and had to wait for food to be restocked. Second day was much better. Food selection is limited."

"We had traveled back to Ohio for the weekend and were looking for something between the airport and Canton. This hotel exceeded all expectations. It was spotless. Staff were pleasant. Great location. We will definitely stay there again when we're in town."

"Great location, but major cleaning issues While the staff was friendly and the location is convenient, I can’t overlook the fact that there were bugs in the lobby and inside my room. It made the entire hotel feel unkempt and poorly maintained. I really wanted to like this place, but I won't be returning until I’m sure the pest issues are resolved."

"The front desk staff was super nice but unfortunately checked one of the people in our group into a room full of another guests items and clearly hadn’t been cleaned. We also found spots of what looked like blood on the walls and when we crawled into bed the sheets were both stained and had hair on them. "It was clean, good staff,hotel breakfast as most. I would stay there again. I would of course check prices in the area. There are a lot of hotels in that area."

"The breakfast was excellent. Some of my favorite shops are nearby including TJ Max, Home Goods, Talbots and Sketchers Outlet. The bed was AMAZING comfortable. On the downside, the TV channel selection was very limited, which frustrated my husband, and the coffee pot in our room was broken. We will be back!"
