A long-term tenant will independently rent the basement unit and will have their own private entrance. The basement unit does not share any amenities (such as kitchen, living room, or bathroom) with the main house. Guests staying in the main house will not interact with the occupant of the basement unit, and complete privacy is ensured for both spaces
