"Honestly, the staff were so bad it was ridiculous. From the moment we arrived, they came across cold, blunt and completely uninterested in guests. My partner isn't Moroccan and the way he was spoken to felt noticeably different and uncomfortable. Most interactions felt like we were inconveniencing them simply by being there.
I found myself having to be overly friendly just to get basic hospitality back, which made the whole experience feel awkward and forced.

"An old charming house - but was installed in a room without windows.
The personnel was very poor speaking English - if at all - and even French was difficult for some.
The telephone shower and the shower hose were defective, why it was unuseable.
Check-out took ½ hour as there were a person in charge who didn't understand French - only after somebody (the owner?) was called, they did manage to give me an invoice and that was not possible to make in reception. "
