"Room 315 has a window looking straight into a wall, essentially making it an inside room without any daylight. That was not what I was expecting and had that information been available before booking, I would have picked another room or another hotel. But when I told the reception that I wasn't happy with the room, I was told that they were aware that people didn't like it but that there were no rooms to move me to. And if I had booked a more expensive room, I would have avoided the issue....

"We stayed here for Boo 2025, and the location could not have been any better. Upon checkout i recieved a room uograde, and 4 tickets for happy hour. As we waited for all of our party, we ate at the resturant downstairs and it was great. For happy hour they hosoted guests with a free drink and they havr trail mix, fruits abd cheeses. Our room was great fkr what we needed. I opted to sleep on the fullout couch, and i hurt for days. This literally is my only complaint. It would be great if they...

"The room was inadequately and impractically arranged. The bed was unsuitable for elderly people. Probably drawn by an architect who has no sense to ease your life."

"Fint retro hotel med super central belligenhed. Dyrt, men det er det åbenbart i Seattle. Der burde være morgenmad inkluderet i prisen. Morgenmaden var en dårlig oplevelse, fordi det var en lille cafe der skulle servicere hotellets mange gæster. Selve maden var god og den stakkels fyr der stod der alene med en lang kø af gæster, var sød og gjorde det virkelig godt under omstændighederne."
