"Loved my stay"

"Ok room, bathroom looks old and tired but works adequately. It’s an old building so don’t expect luxury but all was ok. Good breakfast and helpful staff."

"No restaurant closed got a voucher for seamill hydro should be telling you this when you book hotel"

"A fabulous hotel that goes the extra mile to make guests feel valued and comfortable. Extremely doggy friendly, with separate zones for guests unaccompanied by their 4 legged companions. Direct access to the beach, Ayshire Coastland Path further enhance the experience. I would definitely highly recommend The Waterside Hotel. Thank you"

"Simply low standard. Luckily it was only one night and one meal. Will never come back."

"Expedia does not tell you they don’t answer phone calls from foreign numbers & they have no front desk/ staff on site so only way to communicate is thru Expedia. I couldn’t get continental breakfast because Expedia blocks emails & they couldn’t send me payment link. No food or beverage available on site or within walking distance. Food delivery was lame, cash only & no utensils. Decent shower, bed & wifi"

"Nice hotel, though needs renovation of bathrooms. Breakfast not a big deal, towels not very fresh. Staff is nice and helpful."

"Nice hotel for a few nights, breakfast and dinner handy in the restaurant. The decor is starting to show its age, was told a make over is planned."

"Difficult to park here, also a great pity that the owners who take people hard warned money don’t want to meet & greet their guests. The basics in guest care missing here. "

"Enjoyed having breakfast & being able to look out to the shoreline. Plus, easy access to the local area. Ray & Jackie are very welcoming hosts!"

"Hotellet bar præg af af at kærligheden til håndværket er forsvundet. Værelserne var pæne men sengene var elendige, maden var god men servicen mangelfuld og generelt var det desværre en skuffende oplevelse i forhold til tidligere oplevelser."

"We loved it here. The decor was on point. Little disappointed check out was 10am but that's just because we wanted to spend more time there. Excellent location for the town and nearby shops etc. 10 out of 10 for kerplunk being available! Thanks!"

"Minor cleaning issues but host was very quick to respond...Excellent View and Size was superb, Definitely will revisit...Dunoon was Magical....xo..."
