"Staff was friendly. The room was bare minimum. Had a funky smell, almost like of ammonia. The Wi-Fi never worked. Asked the staff attending and he had no idea how to make it work. The room had no hangers to hang clothes. No iron or ironing board. Only available if asked. No shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom. Exhaust didn’t work properly and even afterkeeping on for a long time never defogged the bathroom mirror. Bed was comfortable and the TV worked. The chair to sit was all torn. No table...

"Clean, organized and quick elevators . Helpful staff and decent breakfast. Comfortable beds and rooms."

"Dejligt hotel. Kan virkelig anbefales. Perfekt familieværelse. Stort og lækkert. "

"More like a bed and buffet! Ask Ray about the imported from Naples pastries! I stayed in comfy room 2 which has its own private entry/exit n the side. Check out hole in the wall Friends & Co for amazing lobster roll and fries and Allegre for Italian 4-course prix-fixe. Hammonasset Beach State Park nearby was a nice oasis in the fall. Would visit here again with the lady."

"Our room was clean, and the amenities were great! Its proximity to Yale University also was convenient via walking."

" Aside from the moldy toast and cold coffee at breakfast, the hotel, room, and fitness facilities were decent for the price."

"There is a difference between dated and rundown. And unfortunately, I found my room rundown. I based my stay on the good reviews of this location. And while overall the property is clean and appears nice, the room that I stayed in was I guess as clean as it could be, but it still was dirty. The walls are paper thin. I could hear the people beside me talking, laughing, coughing, etc. To me, little things like a fresh coat of paint, new carpeting, things like that could make a huge difference in...

"Ok, men med mulighed for forbedringer. Prisen er rimelig ifht området, men vi ville vælge andet hotel næste gang. Mange problemer med låsekort som ikke virker. Aircondition på værelset lugter jordslået. Rengøring og skift af lined/håndklæder kun hv 2. dag. En del uro med nye Yale studerende. Fint men dyr parkering (25 dollar/dag). Fint og central placering. Køleskab på værelset men ikke hjemmebar. "

"acceptable for the price, bathroom had obvious water damage on ceiling and a wall."

"The place was not well maintained. It smelled stale the moment you walk in. There was hair in the bathtub drain. The hair dryer was chained to the wall but had been yanked off. When I told the front desk about the hair in the tub she said there was nothing she could do. The “nonsmoking” room smelled of cigarette. And we found hairs in between the sheets and the comforter. Horrible experience."

"Overall the hotel room was nice and clean, my issue was with the bathroom. There were a few gnats (or drain flies) in the bathroom which is a bad sign of scum buildup. The toilet clogged up a few times. Thankfully it didn’t overflow, just needed a few extra flushes. The toilet seat and lid were loose from the toilet itself. A good place to stay if you just need a bed at the end of the day. The diner across the street is a town staple, but it’s closed on Mondays and a crosswalk would be...
