Room wasn't very clean. Muggy as well. Exhaust in bathroom didn't really work at all. Breakfast was bread, old muffins I watched get reused for 3 mornings in a row after people were touching all over them. Literally saving three muffins isn't worth the risk to your patrons staying for diseased food contamination and stale food at that. No juice just water or coffee which was cold and old. Reused coffee I'm certain that sat in the container overnight none of our group could drink (horrible) in any of the rooms we obtained for Mardi gras. The waffle syrup was sugar free or something because it was watery and no real flavor. We didn't eat there after trying the 1st morning. We left and went to a restaurant. Two cereals were available but warm milk in a the metal container on the counter. Very very warm. Apples were dry. Not sure how a apple can be dry unless it to was bought stored and served way later than it's use by date. No shampoo or conditioner was in room. Just a small square jail type of bar soap. Towels were extremely hard. Do u use softener sheets at all when doing laundry. The room two doors down was smoking marijuana and we could smell it horrible in the hallways so when we opened our door it would drift inside. My cousin is allergic to smoke which is why we got a non smoking hotel. Overall this stay was horrible and not relaxing after a long night in the city. I wouldn't recommend or ever book our group there again.
